The Echo 2.0 has an additional 1.5" (3.8cms) of depth compared to the original version, creating a dryer paddle for taking this solo beauty down some challenging rivers. With the added freeboard, the extra capacity will enable for more gear for longer trips! The Echo 2.0 truly has it all.
*Winter maintenance: We recommend that you loosen all screws on the wooden gunwales by a half turn before storing the canoe in freezing temperatures. You can also rub the wooden parts with tung oil to maintain great water repellance once or twice a season.
