ECHO 2.0
The new (2026) Esquif Echo 2.0 has maintained its beautiful curves and elegant design that the Echo original version has. The Echo 2.0 has an additional 1.5" (3.8cms) of depth compared to the original version, creating a dryer paddle for taking this solo beauty down some challenging rivers. With the added freeboard, the extra capacity will enable for more gear for longer trips! The Echo 2.0 truly has it all.
*Winter maintenance: We recommend that you loosen all screws on the wooden gunwales by a half turn before storing the canoe in freezing temperatures.
You can also rub the wooden parts with tung oil to maintain great water repellance once or twice a season.

T-FORMEX
T-Formex is a high tech laminated material consisting of an ABS foam core, ABS sheets, and a protective outer plastic skin. Its resistance to abrasion and heavy impacts make it an excellent material for recreational, whitewater, and expedition canoes. Once heated and molded, T-Formex sheets form a hull that has an unmatched structural memory. So even after being folded around a rock, an Esquif T-Formex canoe will return to its original shape with minimal distortion. Stronger than fibreglass and lighter than polyethylene, T-Formex gives Esquif’s designers a material with superior characteristics.
